Are there any delivery charges?

Yes, free delivery for Pokhara valley and Rs 170 outside the valley.

 

Cash on Delivery available?

Yeah, you can directly pay cash for our courier partner. But out site the Kathmandu and Pokhara valley you have to make the e-payment via e-Sewa or other digital payment methods.

Only cash payments are accepted (no cheque) when paying through this method.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes one day for inside the valley and three days to the outside the valley.

 

Do Sneakers come in all sizes?

Based on the version and company sneakers are comers under the 37-44 sizes.

 

 

Can you tell me the return policy?

You can return the product if it is damaged, un-match as per your order description, worn off or it comer under the return policy. Definitely, you can return it within 7 days. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 Can I return my items?

Applicable for Return and Return Time

The entire product can return if it falls under the chino bazaar terms and conditions. Return time will be 14 days for the entire product.
Item Status:

Your item may be delivered to you, but its status on the website may not yet be ‘Delivered’. Please allow up to 48 hours if delivered by NCM or up to 72 hours if delivered by courier partner for the status to be updated as “Delivered” for your order so you can request for Return. Do not worry; the return window will only begin when the status has been updated as “Delivered".

 

 What do I do if my order is delayed?

 We kindly say sorry that your order is delayed. To Track Order, simply Track your order and know about it. If the order is in the store please inform us. If it is in the way you have to wait for it.

 

 What payment method is required for pick-up point orders?

 

  You can pay by Cash on delivery method on our partner any hubs (NCM hubs).

 How do I return My item?

Return Policy:

Marketplace: Within 3 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return.


Condition for returns:

Customers have to finish filling up the Online Returns Form by clicking return on the order details page on Chino bazaar Website. Please pay close attention to the list of actions you need to do after the completion of the Online Returns Form.

 

How to place an order in the Chinobazaar?

Our Services Start when you registered on the chino bazaar website. In your Chino bazaar account in order to purchase from chino bazaar.

1.      Search for the Product by browsing through the product categories on Chinobazaar.

2.      To Buy a product from the chino bazaar, click Buy or. add an item to your cart, and click Add to Cart.

3.      Once all the items have been added to the cart, tap Check Out.

4.      If you have any discount vouchers, you can enter the code at the bottom of the Check Out page to get the           discount.

5.      Select your preferred Delivery Location.

6.      Click Proceed to Pay.

7.      Select your preferred Payment Method – COD or E-Sewa

8.      Once you've verified your details, click Confirm Order to complete your order.
